KROSS Esker 4.0 gravel was created for all those who are looking for something durable and, above all, stylish.
back in stock soon.
A steel bicycle is a classic and, in our opinion, one of the best materials for the production of a unique gravel road. By the way, they know that bikepacking is not a fad, but a state of mind. KROSS Esker 4.0 was created to help you reach your destination safely and comfortably. Regardless of whether it is the finish line of races such as Wisła 1200 or a simple adventure into the unknown.
test description overwritten with the EN version of the surface. We are sure that the new version of this bike will be as much - if not more - fun than previous years.
When we started designing, we set ourselves the goal of creating a bike that reaches back to the classics, and at the same time one that is not afraid of modern solutions. That's why we chose Cro-Mo steel to build the frame and fork. This raw material allows for a much better damping of vibrations. SteelSteel, next to expensive carbon, is a material with the highest ability to absorb vibrations. Riding even a stiff tubular steel bike is simply more fun. The steel frame is not as stiff as the aluminum frame, but it can repay you with other properties, thanks to its durability and resistance to damage, it allowed us to install numerous mounting holes for a water bottle, luggage rack or panniers. They can be placed almost anywhere on the frame or fork, without fear of damaging the frame, which we painted in a stylish khaki color. To ensure durability of painting, we decided to powder coating.
As an accessory, we used a Shimano Tiagra road group in the KROSS ESKER supplemented with mechanical TRP Spyre-C disc brakes. We also decided to use an FSA Omega crank with external bottom bracket bearings to facilitate drive maintenance and to transfer your power to the drive even more efficiently. TRP Spyre-C disc brakes provide a short braking distance, and thanks to the mechanical design of the caliper, no complicated service is needed in the event of a breakdown on the road. For the production of the wheels, we chose 28-inch WTB ASYM rims, which we chose on Shimano Deore M6000 hubs. The rims are adapted to the tubeless system. The tires, on the other hand, are WTB Resolute with a width of 42 millimeters. The WTB Sport Volt saddle is responsible for a comfortable ride, even on the longest routes.
