In order to have reliable and fast delivery, be sure to indicate the destination address as accurately as possible. It is also necessary to indicate an address where someone is always present (including workplace, neighbor, etc.), and a telephone number where there is always availability. In case of non-delivery, the courier may contact you or leave a ticket with the instructions to follow.
All shipping services have a tracking code, sent by email after shipment, with which it will be possible to follow the status (for some services the code will be active 24 hours after shipment).

Shipping costs are always charged to the customer, they vary according to the weight/volume of the package. The taxed weight of a package is determined by the courier both as a function of its real weight and as a function of its volume. Shipping costs are subject to variations based on weight and measurements that can only be seen after packaging the shipment.
Free shipping for orders over € 150.00
