To make our shipments safe, fast, and reliable, we have chosen to make use of the professionalism of Poste Italiane Crono International, a leading operator in Italy and in the world, for express deliveries. In this way, we are able to guarantee delivery throughout Europe in 5/7 working days. During the order confirmation, you can then select the most suitable courier at your delivery address by choosing from the main shipping services with relative rates, delivery times and ancillary options.

In order to have reliable and fast delivery, be sure to indicate the destination address as accurately as possible. It is also necessary to indicate an address where someone is always present (including workplace, neighbor, etc.), and a telephone number where there is always availability. In case of non-delivery, the courier may contact you or leave a ticket with the instructions to follow.

All shipping services have a tracking code, sent by email after shipment, with which it will be possible to follow the status (for some services the code will be active 24 hours after shipment).

Delivery to the courier

By placing the order before 12.00 (GMT +1) working, from Monday to Friday, we guarantee the delivery of the package to the courier the same day and sometimes it is also possible with orders received later. In the event of holidays or changes to the order, delivery is postponed to the next working day.

Reception

As soon as you receive the package, please check that the number of parcels delivered corresponds with the one indicated in the courier documents and that the package and velodrome tape is intact. If the package is not perfectly intact (the packaging is damaged or the adhesive is transparent or different from the one described above), please withdraw it with reserve or sign the transport document with this phrase: ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE: damaged package.

Any complaint must be pronounced immediately with the courier and our customer service. Without an acceptance with reserve, it will be impossible for us to forward your complaint to the shipping service and ask for a check and possible refund/replacement of the damaged or missing product due to theft.

Note

  • Delivery delays or problems: in case of any problem, we recommend contacting the customer service of the competent branch of the courier in charge of the delivery, and keep our customer service informed. We will do our best to assist you quickly and efficiently.
  • Delivery to others: before reporting a non-delivery, please check with family members and neighbors.
  • Internal error: Velodrome staff's goal is to offer excellent service. It can rarely happen, for different reasons, that a product is missing in the shipment or does not correspond with the one purchased. In this case, please promptly contact us, and we will carry out the necessary checks (we have a double check and a surveillance system in the packaging area), if we will notice an anomaly, we will send you the missing product with priority or will provide you with an immediate refund.
  • Delivery not carried out: if the delivery can not take place (for example, due to an incorrectly provided address/telephone number or prolonged unavailability, even after contact attempts) and the shipment returns to Velodrome, the return costs will be charged to the client. The costs for further forwarding are always at the customers' expense.
  • Damaged item: Velodrome does everything possible to ensure that the shipment arrives "safe and sound" at its destination, carefully packing the products, even if sometimes, rarely, it is never enough. If the products received are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with references to the order and possibly with explanatory images. Our customer service will assist you quickly and find a solution.
  • Before delivery to your trusted mechanic for assembly, please check the integrity of the products purchased. 

Free shipping for orders over € 150.00

The minimum purchase value must be 150 euros. This amount excludes shipping and any collection cost. Velodrome reserves the right to end the promotion at any time. Offer valid only with the shipping services indicated on the Courier selection page.

Some restrictions on some products are due to shipping service or destination addresses.
